BAGUIO CITY: The city government has not imposed a cap on the number of visitors in order to determine its threshold on tourist arrivals without sacrificing the welfare of residents and visitors alike, Mayor Benjamin Magalong said on Thursday.
Magalong cited the lowering of the alert level over Covid-19 in the Summer Capital in February.
