Reopening schools 'vital' to economic rebound – Concepcion

PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria 'Joey' Concepcion 3rd on Thursday said allowing children to go back to schools and employees to their offices is vital to economic recovery.

Concepcion made the statement as the National Capital Region and other areas were placed under Alert Level 1 for the first time since the pandemic hit the country in 2020.
