PARTIDO Reporma standard-bearer Sen. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson said on Thursday that it is time for the government to prepare for a possibility of an invasion coming through the West Philippine Sea (WPS).
Lacson said the country's focus must now shift to external risks, considering internal hazards to security have been greatly diminished.
