THE Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Friday that the country's headline inflation rate remained at 3 percent in February, the lowest in over a year, with utility rates and energy prices being the biggest drivers.
According to PSA data, the current rate is the slowest since October 2020, when it was 2.3 percent.
