MAGALANG, Pampanga: Municipal Mayor Romulo Pecson is bullish about the real estate development in the town as new projects are on the rise.
Pecson said in an interview that the Century Pacific Group Inc. (CPGI), one of the largest food manufacturers in the country, made its first foray in the affordable and best-value real estate segment through its real estate arm, Pacifica Homes Development Corp. (PHDC).
