Gibo seeks stronger political system

AS the Philippines prepares for the upcoming elections in May, Senate candidate and former Defense chief Gilbert 'Gibo' Teodoro reiterated the need to strengthen the country's political party system.

In a statement, Teodoro said strengthening the structure of the political party system in the country would help voters to wisely choose their next leaders.
