EUGENE H. Lee Villanueva is one of the directors of the nine-man board of Crown Asia Chemicals Corp (CROWN). He sold 368,000 common shares at P1.73 on Feb. 17, 2022.

Villaneva is a director of CROWN, which has 610.639 million common shares, with P1 par value, according to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). He sold 107,000 common CROWN shares on Feb. 18, 2022 as follows: sold 62,000 common shares at P1.73 and 45,000 common shares at P1.74. His ownership was reduced from 36,050,108 common shares, or 5.90 percent, to 35,943,108 common shares, or 5.89 percent.
