Duque: Govt to fine-tune guidelines for Alert Level 1

(UPDATE) THE government will revise its guidelines as the Covid-19 situation in Metro Manila and other areas continues to improve.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd said the National Capital Region (NCR) is 'ready and ripe' to move to Alert Level 1 because of its improving metrics.
