SENATE candidate Salvador Panelo on Wednesday slammed Ateneo Law professor Ryan Quan for supposed bigotry after the latter said that he would "gladly" fail any student who will be like the former chief presidential legal counsel and former Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr.
Quan made headlines following his tweet wherein he said that he would rather fail his students if they end up like Panelo and Roque.
