Govt watching Ukraine crisis

TRADE Secretary Ramon Lopez said his department is currently on the lookout for the possible effect of the Ukraine crisis on the Philippine economy.

'Having it studied. Offhand, [we expect] less direct impact given our small trade with Ukraine, only around $200 million, and ranked 40th as a trading partner,' Lopez told reporters in a Viber message.
