The National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) hosted simultaneous commencement exercises on Feb. 11, 2022, to confer the graduates of IMO Model Courses 6.09 and 6.10 of the DMMA College of Southern Philippines (DCSP), Davao City, and Lyceum of the Philippines (LPU), Batangas, respectively.
NMP, through Executive Director Joel Maglunsod, conferred 12 graduates of the IMO MC 6.09 or the Training Course for Instructors which was conducted on Jan. 31 to Feb. 11, 2022 at DCSP, and 11 graduates of the IMO MC 6.10 or the Training Course for Simulators, Instructors and Assessors held on Feb. 7 to 11 2022 at LPU Batangas. Special awards were also bestowed on some of the trainees who showed outstanding performance during the training and simulation exercises.
