Stronger private-sector role in govt infra sought

RETURNING Senate candidate Sorsogon Gov. Francis Joseph 'Chiz' Escudero said increased private sector investment in the government's public-private partnerships (PPPs) scheme should be a priority of the next administration.

In a statement on Sunday, February 20, Escudero said increased private sector investment in the PPP 'is crucial to faster economic recovery.'
