RETURNING Senate candidate Sorsogon Gov. Francis Joseph "Chiz" Escudero said increased private sector investment in the government's public-private partnerships (PPPs) scheme should be a priority of the next administration.
In a statement on Sunday, February 20, Escudero said increased private sector investment in the PPP "is crucial to faster economic recovery."
