ECHAGUE, Isabela: The Isabela State University (ISU) is implementing limited face-to-face (F2F) or in-person classes this second semester of the School Year 2021-2022 which starts today, February 21 at its main campus.

Dr. Boyet Batang, ISU vice president for academic and related affairs, said this is being pursued after the university has fully satisfied all the requirements stipulated in the Commission on Higher Education-Department of Health Joint Circular 2021-004, series of 2022.
