Why continuing driver education is a must

SO much has been said about the Land Transportation Office's (LTO) effort to re-educate Filipino motorists on the rules and regulations of driving. While many believe that we need to make our roads safer and more rules oriented, some sectors seem bent on not allowing this to happen.

The LTO's Continuing Driver Education program or CDE has been met with so much criticism and vitriol that an observer would think it does more harm than good to the motoring public.
