Reintroducing Rodante Marcoleta

To be sure, among the 64 candidates for senator officially on the ballot for May 9, the name Rodante Marcoleta easily stands out. Why it does, however, is not as simple. For just like night and day, chalk and cheese and — to cut to the chase — the faction formerly known as 'Dilawan' and the 'DDS,' the Filipino electorate is just as poles apart when it comes to trusting the man.
