Comelec open to revisit 'Operation Baklas' rules

THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) is willing to revisit its implementing rules and guidelines on 'Operation Baklas' amid public uproar on the manner it has been enforced.

Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said that the poll body was 'not deaf to the clamor of the public.'
