Ex-Marikina vice mayor dies

FORMER Marikina City vice mayor and first district congressional candidate Dr. Fabian Cadiz died on Sunday of a heart attack. He was 61.

Congressman Bayani Fernando, who is running for mayor, rushed to the Antipolo City Hospital where Cadiz was taken early Sunday.
