The recent report from our ringside observer-correspondent from Hollywood — Filipino-American Eduard Bañez — is that he has charted his own personal short list among the more fortunate and towering nominees as to who 'Will Win,' and who 'Should Win' among them at the coming Oscars Awards.

Among the more active prognosticators of said Oscars, 'Will Win' refers to the total results and tally of pre-qualifiers, pre-surveys, trending, and buzz words around Hollywood, etc., while 'Should Win' refers to one's personal taste, prescience, and judgment; this is not to be influenced whatsoever by overpowering prognostications, trending, and the like from within and without.
