FILIPINO Olympian pole vaulter Ernest John "EJ" Obiena finished eighth at the International Pole Vault Invitational in Uppsala, Sweden on Thursday (Philippine time).
Obiena made his best jump at 5.70 meters in his second tournament of the year.
