THREE persons have been arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Zamboanga City for alleged large-scale estafa.
NBI Officer In Charge Director Eric Distor identified the suspects as Francis Arthur Dalguintas, Rehan Tamorada and Farha Sali.
