Bautista, 3,000 common shares and 4,300 common shares, which totals 7,300 common shares; Francis Giles B. Puno, 8,090,930 common shares, or 0.22 percent; Richard B. Tantoco, 1,676,920 common shares, Peter D. Garucho Jr., 6,000,040 common shares and Manuel L. Lopez Jr., 5,000 common shares; Alice Rita L. Morales and Edgar O. Chua, a nominal common share each; and Cielito F. Habito, 100 common shares. The nine directors directly hold 21,345,803 common FGen shares and 4,300 common shares, for a total of 21,350,103 direct and indirect common shares, or 0.59 percent. FGen's POR, stockholders own 410,619,857 common shares, or 11.42 percent of 3,596,575,505 outstanding FGen common shares.
