THE campaign of Vice President Leni Robredo and the Liberal Party has unfurled its latest campaign tactic and gimmick. It announced that at least 160 economists, including former heads of the government's economic planning agency and an ex-central banker, have endorsed the candidacy of Vice President Robredo.
