SEN. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson and Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd vowed to improve the Philippines' global ranking in the Transparency International's corruption perceptions index (CPI) if they are elected in May.
The senator over the weekend said Filipinos can expect more jobs under his administration since an improved CPI would "attract more investors to do business in the country."
