DoubleDragon eyes first hotel outside of PH

LISTED DoubleDragon Corp. on Tuesday said its offshore subsidiary has amended its principal activities, as it eyes its first Hotel 101 outside the country this year.

In a disclosure, the Sia-led company said Hotel 101 Worldwide Private Ltd. completed the change of its primary purpose on Singapore's Regulatory Authority.
