CAR manufacturers have sprinted from the starting gate and are now off to the race. My inbox is now full of promotions and deals being offered for the coming year and it began with the month of love, this February. From periodic maintenance service to discounts, the auto industry is all about getting car buyers into their stables.

Two companies in particular caught my attention because of the peculiarity of their approach to the reopening up of our communities.
