NPA leader, brother surrender in Davao

DAVAO CITY: A leader of the New People's Army (NPA) and his brother surrendered to the members of the Revitalized-Pulis Sa Barangay in Barangay Manuel Peralta, Malita, Davao Occidental on Wednesday, February 9.

BGen. Edgar Alan Okubo, deputy regional director for administration of the Police Regional Office 11, identified the NPA leader as Ka Bagwis, 38, and a resident of Barangay Pinalpalan, Malita, Davao Occidental. His brother was identified only as alias Bruno Dos, 32.
