BAGUIO CITY: A truck driver died on the spot after he was hit by a wayward truck along Bokawkan Road here on Thursday afternoon.
The victim was identified as Henry Layosan Payang, 38, married, and a native of Pandayan, Tadian, Mountain Province. The driver of the truck that hit him was identified as Elmer Pecolados Langgoy, 44, and a resident of Norzagaray, Bulacan.
