Manila-based multilateral lender Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Japanese government have reaffirmed their commitment to assist the Philippines in successfully implementing the Universal Health Care (UHC) program.
This is after the virtual launch of the $2-million technical assistance (TA) grant for Supporting Building Up Universal Health Care in the Philippines, which is financed by the Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific or JFPR.
