Bulacan begins in-person classes

A TOTAL of 109 schools in Bulacan will begin their limited face-to-face (F2F) classes on February 21 but only if they have complied with a directive of Gov. Daniel Fernando requiring students must be 100 percent fully vaccinated.

We are allowing the DepEd to hold F2F classes only if students are fully vaccinated, but for those who are not, we cannot go against what their parents want, we still have to be careful. No F2F classes if the kids are not vaccinated),' Fernando said in an interview with The Manila Times on Thursday.
