Foreign sex offender nabbed in Ilocos Norte

A foreigner, indentified as a Norwegian and wanted by authorities in Oslo for sexually molesting minors, has been arrested in Ilocos Norte by the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

According to BI Commissioner Jaime Morente, 53-year-old Alexander Calapini-Solberg was arrested last Monday in Barangay 48-A Cabunggaan, Laoag City.
