56% of 2022 budget released — DBM

THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has released over half of this year's national budget to government agencies, data showed on Thursday.

The government's allotment release for January was P2.81 trillion, or 56.1 percent of the P5.02-trillion budget. In January 2021, P2.62 trillion was allotted, although the present value is greater than that.
