2 arrested for faking release order of kidnapping suspects

PHILIPPINE National Police chief Gen. Dionardo Carlos on Thursday said a foreigner, identified as a Malaysian, and a Filipino were arrested in Paranaque City for alleged falsification of public documents.

In a statement Carlos said the arrest was made on Monday, Feb.7, 2022 by the Southern Police District- Parañaque City Police Station.
