Cagayan State U partners with Taiwan-based university

A CAGAYAN Valley-based state university concluded an agreement with a Taiwan-based university to collaborate on academics and research particularly in the field of fisheries, marine biology and agriculture programs.

In a virtual signing, the Cagayan State University (CSU) represented by CSU President Urdujah Alvarado, and National Taiwan Ocean University represented by NTOU President Tai-Wen Hsu signed on February 8 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to formalize their ties in future partnerships.
