12 areas in Negros under poll watchlist

BACOLOD CITY: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has identified 12 towns and cities in Negros Occidental as 'areas of concern' for the May 9, 2022 elections.

Lawyer Roberto Salazar, acting provincial election supervisor, said the towns of Moises Padilla and Candoni and the city of Escalante were placed under 'areas of grave concern.'
