SEVERAL months ago in 2021, there was an apparent effort by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) to gather all the representatives of the technical professional organizations and the government agencies involved in the building permits. The sole purpose was to streamline the processing, avoid delays and remove possible graft and corruption in the building permit system.
