Artist and educator with a purpose

Our featured artist today is tenor Cristopher " Pete" Avendaño. He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Music Education major in Voice from the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of professor Irma Ponce-Enrile Potenciano. He became part of the UST Singers and toured with the group in Europe, North and South America.

Pete is a member of the Philippine Chamber Music Society, a group that gives concerts around California, USA, to raise funds from different organizations. He is a founding member of the UST Singers Alumni in America.
