THE identities of the mother and daughter who reportedly filed a complaint before the office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon against Secretary Raul Lambino and Mangaldan, Pangasinan Mayor Marilyn de Guzman Lambino have been unmasked.
The "complainants" Rosela and Rowena Cuyos Tabano, who reportedly worked as housemaids of the Lambinos from January 2019 up to June 2021, apparently used fictitious names and addresses.
