A QUEZON City trial court judge ordered on Friday Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd and spokesman Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire to attend a 2 p.m. videoconference hearing set on Tuesday in connection with a petition seeking to stop the vaccination of those ages 5 to 11 against Covid-19.
This comes as Public Attorney's Office (PAO) chief Persida Rueda-Acosta told The Manila Times that she would personally serve as counsel of petitioners Dominic Almelor of Quezon City and Girlie Samonte of Tondo, Manila.
