Biden names new US envoy to PH

PRESIDENT Joe Biden announced three key nominees to his administration, including the new ambassador to the Philippines.

In a statement from Washington D.C. on February 4 (February 5 in Manila), Biden said he was nominating MaryKay Loss Carlson as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of the Philippines.
