Young Gilas players can join Chot's national team

RETURNING Gilas Pilipinas head coach Chot Reyes is leaning towards tapping the core of the TNT Tropang Giga to play for the February window of the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers starting February 23.

However, available members of the young squad who previously played for the national team in the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers and the Olympic Qualifying Tournament can still make the squad, according to Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas president Al Panlilio.
