DBP finances MSME mall

STATE-OWNED Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) has approved P2.5 billion in credit assistance for the completion of a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME)-friendly mall in Caloocan City.

The financing was secured by Innov Block Development Corp. (IBDC) for The Limketkai Podium. IBDC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alfonso de Oro Corp., which is headed by the owners of the Limketkai Group of Companies.
