Plastic-to-rice exchange program launched

ANGELES CITY: The government of Angeles City in Pampanga kicked off its plastic-to-rice exchange project at Barangay Mining on Monday, January 31.

A total of 198 kilograms of recyclable plastic items were turned over by residents in exchange for 198 kilograms of rice on Monday.
