Tech-voc education key to resilience

THE Department of Education (DepEd) promotes lifelong learning with an emphasis on technical and vocational education and training in support of the adoption of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) 2030 Strategy and Action Plan.

During the eighth ASEM Education Ministers' Meeting, DepEd Undersecretary Nepomuceno Malaluan, on behalf of Education Secretary Leonor Briones, expressed the department's commitment to the ASEM vision of providing lifelong learning opportunities for all.
