THE Supreme Court has junked the criminal charges filed against a former commissioner of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) who was sued for allegedly soliciting P100,000 from a lawyer.
In a 19-page resolution, the court's First Division acquitted former commissioner Angelo Ang Palaña, saying his guilt was not established beyond reasonable doubt.
