Case vs Capitol execs 'political harassment'

BACOLOD CITY: The provincial administrator of Negros Occidental claimed that the case filed against seven executives of the provincial government before the Office of the Ombudsman was meant as a form of harassment.

The case was filed before the Ombudsman by Jonathan Buyco, a resident of Talisay City, and Lilibeth Carballo, of Escalante City.
