THE Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) has expressed openness at the National Bureau of Investigation's (NBI) forthcoming probe into alleged phishing schemes targeting teachers.

This is in response to a department order from the Department of Justice directing the NBI to intervene quickly on the matter.
