THE tripartite academe-industry-government collaboration was formed to promote the government's Technology Business Incubation (TBI) program to support startups, the group announced yesterday.
Digital Pilipinas, Mapúa University and the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD) launched the program on Thursday, dubbed as "Think and Tinker Laboratory-Technology Business Incubation."
