This was the message of Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman William 'Butch' Ramirez to Filipino Olympian pole vaulter Ernest John 'EJ' Obiena and the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (Patafa), led by its president, Philip Ella Juico.
