DESPITE the budget constraints and limited training time of Filipino athletes due to the ongoing pandemic, Philippine Olympic Committee President Abraham 'Bambol' Tolentino said he likes the chances of the Philippine delegation in the Hanoi Southeast Asian Games (SEAG) slated from May 12 to 23.

'We have a big chance. Definitely all the NSAs (national sports associations), they're sending the cream (of the crop) which is great. Hopefully, all podium athletes will be sent so it's going to be a battle, we really have a big chance,' said Tolentino at the Philippine Sportswriters Association online forum on Tuesday.
